General Terms & Conditions:

1. Standard delivery time is 4-6 working days.
2. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.
3. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances. The customer will be notified via email or whatsapp in such cases.

Returns:

1. If a customer wishes to return a parcel, delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
2. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
3. Refunds will be issued in the form of a store voucher, which can be used for future orders.

Damages:

1. If you receive a damaged item, please send a complaint with pictures of the damage via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours.
2. Our customer care team will review the issue and offer appropriate solutions.
